For adding just a video card, your only real option here would be to find a very old PCI video card, which would be a terrible idea since they are all complete garbage—even by 2003 standards.
The good news is that you can toss this thing into the recycling bin and help the environment while looking on ebay for anything newer in the way of a micro-ATX motherboard and a somewhat up-to-date PSU in the 300W–400W range ($20 for each item should do nicely)Any socket 775 option of 3GHz or higher having DDR3 will give you some game (as in now “you got game”) and going this route will probably allow you to keep the IDE hard drive and DVD—if you even want to, that is.
A cheaper (and newer) option would be a Dell Vostro motherboard for $20.
